Pa i Roses is a wheat beer, a style of beer that is versatile with food. It is flavoured with lime peel and juice which lend citrus flavours and coriander seed which gives it an inherent savouriness. The citrus flavour enhances seafood rice dishes: paelles, arrossos and also light fish such as sole.
