If we can produce ourselves, we do, from the beer (obviously!) to the organic pork, smoked and pulled by us. The desserts are home-made too. We try to ensure that the produce we buy is of the highest standard and that the producer is local. Our bread is baked by a local baker and delivered to us daily. We try to use seasonal products when we can: our sauces for example are made preserving local fruits in season - the calçot chutney is a crowd pleaser. We don't buy meat which has been intensively farmed and try to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare and that's why our burgers are made with organic meat and free-range chicken from the Pyrenees.
If you are a vegetarian or vegan, we have a full menu of dishes created especially for us by the well-known vegan chef, Prabhu Sukh, author of “Vegan Gourmet”. And of course, our beers and the wines we serve are vegan too.
